With over four decades of experience, Dr. Michael Barker is the founder of Main Street Dental and a dedicated general dentist known for his passion for patient care and continuous learning. After completing his pre-dentistry studies at the University of Regina, he graduated from the University of Saskatchewan’s five-year dentistry program.

Dr. Barker has been providing orthodontic and Invisalign treatments for over 30 years and recently incorporated myofunctional therapy into his practice. He is a member of the College of Dental Surgeons of Saskatchewan and is deeply committed to mentoring his team and sharing his knowledge.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Barker enjoys traveling, cycling, gardening, reading, playing piano, and cooking. He actively supports local charities, especially those helping families in need, and has volunteered with several community organizations in Moose Jaw. A proud father of six—with two dentists and one hygienist among them—Dr. Barker also dreams of teaching dentistry in the future.

Dr. Kell Viczko is a seasoned general dentist and proud owner of Main Street Dental in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. After earning his Doctor of Medical Dentistry from the University of Saskatchewan and completing a residency and surgical internship in Buffalo, New York, he returned home to begin what has become a decades-long career in comprehensive dental care.

Dr. Viczko practices across all areas of dentistry, including oral surgery, implants, orthodontics, pediatric care, and myofunctional therapy. He remains committed to continued education, having trained with prestigious institutions like the Spear Institute, Digital Dentistry Institute, and the American Academy of Laser Dentistry.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Viczko and his wife Kara built an equestrian facility that served as a therapeutic riding center for individuals with disabilities. Together, they’ve raised four children and actively support charitable causes, including the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and outreach missions for disadvantaged communities. Dr. Viczko enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and supporting his children’s passions and education.

Dr. Tinashe Mutswangwa is a compassionate general dentist at Main Street Dental, dedicated to creating meaningful patient experiences. A graduate of the University of Saskatchewan, Class of 2019, Dr. Mutswangwa enjoys connecting with patients and making a positive impact on their oral health.

Originally from Zimbabwe, Dr. Mutswangwa is proud to call Saskatchewan home, where he lives close to his family—including his three triplet sisters and parents in Saskatoon. He is a member of the College of Dental Surgeons of Saskatchewan and is currently completing his Invisalign certification. His favorite areas of dentistry include oral surgery and endodontics.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Mutswangwa enjoys traveling, fishing, CrossFit competitions, and exploring new recipes in the kitchen. He supports Plan International Canada and is passionate about giving back to global communities. Dr. Mutswangwa brings both warmth and expertise to his practice, always striving to improve the lives of those he serves.

Dr. Liam Kerr is a proud 2025 graduate of the University of Saskatchewan College of Dentistry. As a general dentist at Main Street Dental, he is passionate about building strong connections with patients while helping them achieve and maintain optimal oral health. His warm, approachable style makes every visit a positive experience.

Originally from an acreage just outside of Moose Jaw, Dr. Kerr brings a community-focused mindset to his practice. Outside the clinic, he leads an active lifestyle—whether snowboarding down the slopes, golfing, playing with his dog, or officiating lacrosse games. His love for sports has even taken him to the national and professional level as a lacrosse official.

Dr. Kerr is a member of the Canadian Dental Association and proudly supports organizations like Food Banks Canada and the Canadian Parks and Wilderness Society. His dedication to both community care and environmental stewardship reflects his values in and out of the dental chair.
